   where is the Sonic Youth July 4th recording? that clip says it’s here but i can’t find it on the site. i heard it live via wfmu.org and it’s a keeper. thanks.

   yea, I listened to it live over wfmu and it was such a great show. I really want to hear it again. When will it be up?

   Ok, so here’s the story, from everything I have posted here. We originally had a correspondent who was going to record both Feelies and Sonic Youth on July 4th, because nyctaper was away. When the correspondent learned that WMFU was going to do an FM broadcast of the Sonic Youth set, our correspondent recorded only the Feelies set. We expected that an FM broadcast would not be hard to find, but apparently we were wrong. We’re still looking for an audio capture of the Sonic Youth set.

   i see. was just confused because the newspaper clip says the set is here and i couldn’t find it.

   so does anyone reading this have the capture?
